What has occurred in the NAZ over the last four months is the result of interest rate hikes. >>>>>> baloney and decreased the present value of cash flow (earnings)>>> double baloney, tech stocks trade on hope dreams, emotions and "new valuemetrics", they have nothing to do with a balance sheet -lol- the people who want to blame interest rates are traders/investors who want to blame greenie for there own greed and unwillingness to recognize the madness at the top of the boom and sell.
