Probably the word "component" is quite misleading in the case of optics. We are not talking about commodity here and one thing I am sure you are aware of is that the components and the sub-systems that NT, LU, JDSU R&D and design are quite important in the PEFORMANCE of the final system assembly that CSCO sells to the Carriers. In that scenario, I think it would be a gross simplification to say that CSCO will merely "purchase" the components that best meets the system requirement because the best system component may in fact be R&D'd and controlled by NT's optical unit which NT will have full control over.
