1. Consider the layoff a "kiss". It will motivate you to find a job with a company that has a future. Being Captain of the Titanic is not a very good deal. 2. Now I understand why Mike Coddington has been so distant and unresponsive. He was brought on board to disassemble SI, not to grow it. 3.
