Wow, that really heavy dodo from Linus who is a very soft spoken guy. He is really ticked. I switched to mandrate at 6.0 as Redhat stopped including xv with their distribution. I spent a couple of days at the Linux Expo last week and I think I going back to try Suse again as they are work with SGI and the SGI xfs file system. Suse also alread includes the new 2.4 kernal the has a lot of performance improvements.
