CB...Since SI still belongs to INSP, a public company, isn't it INSP's function to keep the properties as financially healthy as possible for shareholders??????? Most of us purchased stock in the company assuming it would hold the assets it purchased, and grow with them.

SI has always positioned itself as being a Premier Financial Internet site. How can in less than two months, the company dismantle itself with no input from shareholders? Do we know if the BOD has been involved in any of this?
