I looked at the Lindsey article. I imagine that Justice Department employees will have to spend part of their day in Bible study as well as prayer sessions. Bush seems to encourage this sort of thing. Over the weekend, I read that a work training program in Texas required that those who got help had to read the Bible etc. I'll pull out the quote for you when I have time. If the participants refused to participate in the religious activities, they would have had to drive 60 miles to a job training center where they would not have had to study the Bible. I'm coming down with a cold and feel like Zinga.
