VHuerta (QCOM Chipsets)

Qualcomm "might" make money off SpectruCell... however not as much as it would like. Qualcomm makes money off Royalties... however SpectruCell utilizes a Software Defined Radio which broadcasts the IS95 layer (CDMA). Qualcomm's chipsets allow basestations to transmit the CDMA protocol. SpectruCell will not be using any of those hardware chipsets... instead it is created from the software code which can be copyrighted. The patents being filed will bypass the way the traditional CDMA protocol has been used. Its a whole new ball game for the wireless industry. Qualcomm already knows about SpectruCell and has talked with their R&D team. Qualcomm has bought out other competition...however SpectruCell is in Australia.. which means its off limits to the big boys buying it out and trashing the technology. SpectruCell has come a long way and its past the Research. Its now in development and its moving quickly. SpectruCell should be ready this year and the contracts will be rolling in over the next 6 month's. I understand that your are threatened by SpectruCell, because if I were QCOM, I would be too. The foundation has been built for SpectruCell and people are investing because ADVC will be bigger than QCOM. There is no doubt in my mind. Why else would QCOM's stock drop 10% the same day SpectruCell successfully transmitted GSM & CDMA simuntaneously? Why would SpectruCell get the largest Government grant ever, from the Australian governemnt? Why would ACT-Australia be buying up the telecom companies in Australia? Why would ADVC even get the chance to meet in Japan with Mitsui & Co 8 month's ago? Why would Chameleon a semiconductor company partner with ACT-Australia? The writing is on the wall and there is nothing the big boys can do to erase it. They either partner with Advanced Communications Technologies, or get killed by the competition. By the way, last year when the Chinese/Korean government couldn't decide to go with Qualcomm's CDMA for their wireless infrastructure... guess why? No one wants to spend $9 billion on CDMA if in 5 years.. their customers want 3G. QCOM would have gotten China's deal sooner if SpectruCell was in the market. SpectruCell will make CDMA a TDMA type protocol, because the new technologies developed (UMTS/3G/4G/5G) will be implemented into SpectruCell quickly, adding new technologies for cellular users, while keeping thier equipment investments secure.

Ben/ADVC LONG

P.S. Please inform me of another OTC BB company that has 1/10th what ADVC already has. We are investing for the future. The future is bright and the stock price won't be this cheap again.

About Advanced Communications Technologies

Advanced Communications Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADVC), in conjunction with its Australian based affiliate ACT Australia, has developed a proprietary, multiple-protocol wireless base-station, SpectruCell, and is a world leader in the field of Software Defined Radio (SDR). Through eliminating the use of Qualcomm chipsets, protocol specific hardware and by conducting all signal processing in software, SpectruCell provides for simultaneous support of multiple mobile communications protocols (CDMA, WCDMA, UMTS, GSM & 3G) all in the same base-station. Support for additional protocols is achieved through the uploading of additional software modules. By implementing the company's SpectruCell technology network providers will be able to maintain service to their existing customer base and preserve the full utilization of their existing network infrastructure while at the same time securing a highly flexible migration path for evolving 3G-based protocols such as WCDMA and UMTS. SpectruCell is complemented by several other wireless technologies currently under development in Australia. Advanced Communication Technologies Inc. plans to market these products throughout North, South and Central America.
