At some point, and this is where the arguments come in, there's a third person involved. The right to free exercise of religion isn't unlimited. Old style Mormons and present day Muslims believe in polygamy, but it's against the law in this country. Christian Scientists don't believe in using doctors, but they aren't allowed to let their children die from appendicitis.

If someone believes that it's ok to have an abortion at 39 weeks gestation, she's entitled to her beliefs, but it's against the law everywhere as far as I know.

By the way, was I right about the RU-486 or what?
