If it hadn't been for that $15 million return, SSTI would have met or perhaps slightly exceeded the .47 expectation. They didn't do that badly. They chose to take the $15 million charge in the Dec quarter because they figured they would have to talk about it anyway, and this way Q1 won't have that burden to begin with, though it has plenty of others.

I thought the CC went pretty well. The stock may dwell here for awhile, it may even dip a little, but if the general semi market doesn't sell off anymore too much, then I don't think SST will go below 11 or so, or if it does, it won't do so for long. But I think it really depends (of course!) on how demand for flash holds up, and who is right in the debate about whether or not the new capacity coming on line will be too much for that demand or not.

All IMHO, of course.
