I can't respond to Bear Down's original post, which has been deleted, but I support his decision to boycott SI. Their behavior in failing to provide information to allow him to contest a subpoena is despicable, plain and simple.

And if they delete this post, which in no way violates the TOS, they can refund my lifetime membership fee, or face a lawsuit.

Bear Down has been an honorable and reliable soldier in the fight against microcap fraud. To do anything other than support him in this effort, as the "old" SI would certainly have done, speaks volumes for the ethics of the current SI management.
