I'm not saying you should buy now. I'm stating what I think held the stock back today.

As for what would cause a rally, an improved outlook from the company or its competitors, or a market wide rally, or a rate cut, etc. You know the drill.

Now that Cisco is out, tomorrow's action will be telling.
