rjm if you are referring to the GMAC credit facility, which was $58 million Canadian (about $40 million US) then how can you call that overwhelming? The company is doing US $125 million a year in revenues. So far it has been able to post positive earnings. I don't see it.

That debt enabled them to acquire Cutler/Seabright and Harron Home Hardware and Network Forest Products. All engines of this company's growth. Growth from less than $1 million US to over $125 million US in about 2 years.
