A high yield portfolio is indeed difficult to construct right now, especially with electric utilities at bear confirmed and gas utilities bull confirmed on the 72 yard line. But I'll keep you posted. CSCO's results should cause a stir in the markets Wednesday. But I'm unclear as to whether this represents a buying opp for select Naz stocks or just another warning to stay away. One of the Naz indicators gave a downside breakout on Monday, so I think the answer is that I need to temper my standard bullishness. pg
