you ignore EVERY SINGLE TECHNOLOGY AND MANUFACTURING ISSUE that AMD has.

I think not. In January of 1999 I told the AMD thread repeatedly that K-6 would never be MHz competitive against PII, and that K7 would be needed to bring the company back to life.
