Hank et al: I have been lurking around various threads, and popped in to see what the thoughts were concerning PVO's drop. I saw you mention me, and thought I would comment. I pondered PVO's last news releases, and first of all thought the numbers were good for a small exploratory program. If Takla Star had hit those intersections and grades in VB, they would have rocketed. However, PVO is not drilling next to DFR, and as the results are on the low side of economic, the stock has sold off. Unfortunatley, we are in a sell on history mode, and only very exceptional results (IMO) will sustain a market run-up, or prevent a sell off. It's too early to right off the results after a few holes, but I'm afraid that buyers are not giving much speculative premium to todays juniors. The cash value of PVO should set the floor, and I would think $1 is pretty close to the bottom. PVO is alas just one of many juniors taking a bashing, not to mention the investors. The POG is turning into a real PIG as well..........Hope things turn upwards, Robert |
