Regarding Matt Hoffman, not that we should care what he is saying<g>, but just to clarify:

There is more to it than that, but that is what the Wit Soundview cat is saying.

From the summary (i have not and will not read the article) it sounds like he's is saying the Q will definitely collect lower royalties on wcdma but that Q is unwilling to admit this.

Is that what you think he's saying too?

There is no reference to the asics spin-off and how it will affect cross-licensing and/or ensure Q full royalties on wcdma... maybe he hasn't heard about Spinco yet.<g>
