PVO can have all the cash they like in the bank but it don't amount to a bag of beans if they do not have any decent program in place . I had all sorts of faith in PVO but ditched it all until I see some fresh thinking and a little better management. I feel the current management is too BULL HEADED for any decent gains in this at the present time. As for buying at 80 cents or better, what's stopping it going to 50 cents. My 2 cents worth is wait until it makes a key turnaround and then buy, as trying to pick bottoms with a stock like pvo can be very expensive Kiwi
