Greg, After the June filing there could be some movement (albiet small). Greater movement will likely ocur after the Markman hearing. However, at these prices even a small movement can greatly affect return. Also, if anyone settles, the price will likely jump immediately. Settlement could occur at any time, but typically happens about the time briefs are due (for example this month). Thus, if you wait you are running the risk of missing some (or much) of a run-up.
