NASDAQ Rising Wedge: Where's the Volume?

The arguments seem to center around the fact that there is no classic volume confirmation whereby as the wedge reaches it's apex, volume contracts.

However, we can take a look at the daily chart of the COMPX:

Also, the neatness of the pattern, such as the requirements for the boundaries to be nice and neat, is not a big deal to me. For me, all the little pokes to the up and downside, along the edges of the patterns are calls "traps for breakout players".
