Delta, I respectfully beg to differ with your theory of the motivation behind the selling. The general market hasn't done a whole lot since the beginning of this year. Few people are burdened with large gains at this point; thus I do not believe we are seeing tax loss selling. .........The selling most likely has multiple explanations. The people who were given free shares for services performed instead of cash may simply need the cash. I wouldn't be able to accept shares in lieu of payment for very long. I think some people were absolutely put off by the fact that Vogel et al. and Bruss have tarnished reputations. Some people took that to mean that nothing has changed. Some people simply couldn't hold any longer. Many people went into this stock with a short or intermediate term horizon. After 2 1/2 to 3 years, they need to use the money (what's left of it) for other purposes. Another very important explanation is that the next event that we are looking forward to is the 1st qtr. report coming out May 15. Gordon never let us wait that long for good news. He played us all like puppets. Think about the names you don't see on the board any more. There has been some serious attrition among the long-time longs. Many of these people have stepped over to play other short-term stocks. I believe many of these people will return to TIGI when things start happening. JMO Regards, Suzanne
