"We having living proof that absolutely anyone can grow up to President in this country."

Nope. Now if you change that to "absolutely anyone born wealthy who father has globally powerful friends who are willing to coddle and move them along in life to the point of getting them into Ivy League schools with no qualifications, leapfrogging them into the Air National Guard to avoid potentially dangerous military service, pouring millions of dollars in to their failing companies, getting them out of a conviction when they engage in insider trading, can grow up to be President in this country despite having no aptitude for anything but manipulating local municipalities to fill their own pockets", then you are right. It is a question of privilege, not ability, aptitude or even luck.
