Allan: Not a technical type at all, but I suspect that whatever way this thing starts to move after the first half hour or so, will prove to be the direction for the rest of the day. I'm on the sidelines at the moment, but poised. My thinking is that if the markets start to rally, then the mood will be,... well, we have all the bad news out, what with CSCO's mea culpa last night,... and if it moves down, then it will be,.... if even CSCO is in trouble,...
