Khan: Palm has a "white paper" on the SD slot capabilities that's worth reading: palm.com palm.com The PR from last year had some info as well: palm.com Apparently, initial SD memory cards will allow be up to 64 MB, but "layering" of flash memory chips (whatever that means) will in future allow higher capacity. As you can see from the links above, there's a lot more than just memory involved, this SD slot will allow Palm users to customize their Palm's to their individual needs like never before, and IMO will make the current crop of "add-ons" which work through the serial port look like Stone Age devices. I think once this gets rolling, we'll see an explosion of goodies from Palm's developer community. David T.
