I am about to add either JDSU or SDLI to my IRA. Which one would you choose?

At this point in time it's six of one, half dozen of the other. Look at the spread (3.8 JDSU for 1 SDLI) and choose the one that's a better price at that given moment. Arbs try to keep the ratio steady, but it does vary.
