Dear QS: No, I haven't seen that thread, but I'm going to take a look. I totally agree: "While we remain in a down market it's going to be hard to generate much enthusiasm for a rescue effort. But the market will become interesting again (in a good way) some day. And while it might get quite a bit worse before it gets better, that's not the problem. " The market goes up. The market goes down. The market goes up... It's like the ocean tide: It won't stay up forever and neither will it stay down forever. Maybe one thing hurting SI right now is that there is very little interest among members to discuss non-tech stocks. Although our SUNW and many other tech stocks are down, some industries are not. Besides tech stocks, I hold banks and some others. I would like to discuss these, too. BTW, anyone else a shareholder of PUR and considering buying shares of NSRGY (Nestle ADRs) after Nestle takes them out?? How about TBC (Tasty Baking) for some of the proceeds? Regards, Lynn
