Why Megan Gray, the famous attorney, is wrong:
"...Setting aside for the moment that million_dollar_mistak and Jazzun are named Cross-Defendants in this action and therefore subject to being identified regardless of any claims of privacy etc. the real reasons these individuals seek to remain anonymous is closely tied to this action. That is, they appear to be former Varian employees who demonstrate that they know Mr. DELFINO and Ms. DAY. Several former Varian employees have provided declarations in support of Varian's claims, some of which have proven to be false. Additionally, Varian has identified some thirty (30) witnesses it intends to call at trial including the husband of one of the individual Plaintiffs and even attorneys of record for Plaintiffs. Without the identity of these two parties, the Defendants will be unable to serve them with process, conduct discovery, determine if these two people are in fact the individual Plaintiffs, family of the individual Plaintiffs, agents of the Plaintiffs hired to provoke Defendants or trial witnesses. Mr. DELFINO and Ms. DAY will even be prevented from impeaching these parties with their own statements which million_dollar_mistak and Jazzun posted on the Internet, statements which make the alleged defamatory statements of which the Plaintiffs complain look like a Sunday school sermon. ..."
