$400 million a month? I wish. That sounds more like an annual number.
At $12.60/mcf, and assuming $27 bbl. of condensate, and taking off 50 cents /mcf for costs, present production of 9.6 mmcf/d & 475 bbls. gives you about US$129,000 per day before royalties, say $99,000 per day net of royalty.
Ramping up to 13 mmcf/d and assuming a proportionate increase in condensate flow gives $175,000 per day before royalty, maybe $135,000 per day net.
If we had the present pricing regime when they got to 20 mmcf/d, then you'd see $268,000 gross and $207,000 net.
For those of us with an interest in Canadian dollars, those net figures are about $150,000, $204,000 and $313,000 per day respectively. Kinda beats my day rate all to he##.
