Pat, What bothers me about Cisco is that everyone blames the economy on the company's problems.
Could be that in addition to a soft economy, they are facing competitive pressures...and are having trouble getting into optical.

That is why I think there is overeaction to Cisco's earnings. Only monopolies like Microsoft of years past can be true indicators. Cisco is not even as strong as the present day Microsoft.
Again, market is ignoring the competitive pressures faced by Cisco.
