marcos,

I see in the headlines today that Jean Cretin suggested that Bush invest $30 billion in Canadian tar sands projects and gas in the Beaufort sea and McKenzie Delta etc....and I thought that the Liberals were determined to transform Canadians from hewers of wood and drawers of water into high tech leaders and innovators in the new bubble economy of the 21st century....it just goes to show you can take Jean Cretin out of the wood lot, but you can't take the wood lot out of Jean eh:-)) IMO, it will take at least another 3 months or so for capital to move out of the high tech sector and into old economy stocks like oil and gas, utilities, steel and mining etc....the next two to five years should be good ones as major capital is invested in these areas.....long live the economic expansion....IMO, the markets are simply reflecting a really big sector rotation as energy supplies are developed and basic infrastructure is necessarily modernized and expanded after a decade of financial neglect due to the .dot com vortex that hoovered up all the money:-)) Should be some huge gains if one can pick the winners eh:-))
