I am a horrible timer when it comes to shorts. I don't think CSCO is a good short because of the time it will take to unwind positions in it by large institutions and the interim manipulation that will take place. Thus, I will conclude that CSCO is neither a good short nor a good long. It is nothing and will slowly fade like many of the high flying industrials of the 80's...eg Waste Management.
