SO, i'd actually nominate him for AZW of the year...i couldn't believe what i was hearing! exhorting the overextended consumer to take on even MORE debt, on his HOME to boot, to put the money into the biggest speculative mania of all time just as we seem to be on the cusp of a secular bear market...this is extremely irresponsible. the RISK aspect wasn't even MENTIONED. what a despicable shill....the NAZ p/e is still over 100...it is possible that the index will be at HALF of today's levels in 10 years time. people should never ever borrow money to buy stocks!
