Thanks for the reply. It does appear that USW-UMG benefit from a much less complicated system of ownership than TCI. You can tell that Malone probably never pruned a garden in his life! Which is a cautionary note for @HOME investors as well I would expect.

Also, sorry if caused any confusion - must have mistyped. I understand that MediaOne is the internet service put out by UMG and that @HOME is put out by TCI,Cox,Comcast,etc.
