Are you suggesting that financial irregularities occurred during the tenure of Director, Vice-Chairman and President Horowitz? Or before Mr. Horowitz? Wouldn't Morgan Stanley (advisor to Infospace re: merger) and Merrill Lynch PFS (advisor to Go2Net re: merger) have the responsibility to have uncovered any alleged irregulatities prior to merger? Or, do you mean in the two weeks since Mr. Horowitz resigned? Come on, people. Give Mr. Jain a break! Haven't there already been enough accusations, slurs and slanders with very little fact? I, for one, wish Mr. Jain well. I am confident he will be successful.
