are you sure it wasn't 23%? i'm asking because i don't recall ever having seen them below 20%. could be wrong of course, i'd have to check the old data. i have them somewhere, just need to dig a bit.

anyway, bears should ideally be in the low 20's, the 30% figure isn't perfect. but it's fine with me in the context of other sentiment data.
