Since Sept 2000, small value is up about 18% and large value about 6% and I think it has mainly
been due to the mechanics of rotation of money into something other than large growth (they
still seem above traditional valuations to me). A good
barometer that the market is coming to its senses will be when "the small/large value shows
Red, but just lesser Red than other overvalued junk" that will reiterate an important lesson
that "all stocks are risky and there is no safe heaven there (may be lesser pain but no safe heaven) ".
