Neo...if folks were more confident ala the tax cut or the Fed's easing, we sure ain't seeing the results!...the tax cut will result in a measly $1,600 on avg per person, which should be just enough to cover much higher heating bills and health care inflation expected this year and will do little to stimulate the economy or help the average joe prop up his now sagging portfolio. Pure and simple, we need folks to borrow and spend and they sure ain't gonna do so under current market conditions and with the doom and gloom speak we've been hearing from George W.
