Looks like SI Bob got himself on permanent suspension from SI, eh?...wonder if when he logs on he get one of those nasty messages in red stating:

"Your posting priveledges have been revoked INDEFINITELY!"

What goes around, comes around. Could also be one of those ploys on the part of SI ala the "bring A@P back" thingies, just to increase readership and interest.

If folks have no idea why the man got canned, they have no real reason for questioning management and INSP is not obligated to keep us all apprised of management or staff changes. For all we know, SI Bob was working on his cars and other hobbies more than he was working on bug fixes or more robust functionality. Who the heck knows/cares? This is called real life in corporate America and is a private issue between Bob and INSP management.

In case folks haven't realized it, INSP, just like a boatload of others, posted lousy earings, got kicked in the head with management defections and firings, etc, all leading to layoffs at all levels of the organization.

My guess is that Admin Jeff being around as of late also represented the writing on the wall and someone was probably not enamoured with SI Bob's work for quite some time. Get over it.
