I have a question for the thread.

Background - I have had NTAP for over a year in a trust account I oversee. I sold half at around $56 last Spring, kicked myself when it ran back up and have gotten curious about reestablishing my original position now that it is about 1/3 lower than the level I sold it at.

I am also thinking of taking a more modest position in my personal account - on margin (that's why it will be "modest" <ggg>).

Here is my question. When the CEO Daniel Warmenhoven spoke on 1/31 at the ML Storage Conference -

Message 15311802

- what obligation was he under to say or not say anything material? Is that fact that he did not use his talk to offer any sort of a "warning" or express "concern" for the future (as Chambers of Cisco did a number of times in the last month or so) mean that the past quarter results and the future guidance will be good?

Meanwhile, want to thank all those that have expressed their opinions here for the last few days - both positive and negative on NTAP and the market. If nothing else, it helped me not act precipitously.
