It reminds me of the time Hilary was stumping for meaningful healthcare reform. It's unarguable that the insurance companies and the HMO's have succeeded in destroying the opportunity for quality healthcare for millions of Americans. The right-wingers answered the challenge by trying to shout her down at every opportunity and called her names such as "fem-nazi". It demonstrated to me the hypocrisy of the extreme right and the total lack of respect they muster toward people who don't think and act just like they do and the complete lack of understanding of what it means to be an American.

I wouldn't waste too much time and energy trying to engage them in rational discourse. Sometimes it just isn't worth the effort to spread your pearls before swine.
