While this may be a community site as advertised by SI, you, nor I, nor anyone else here has any rights as to who INSP hires or fires...you can certainly express an opinion, but do you really think that INSP would first poll the community here before taking action?...perhaps they should discuss their business plan with you before acting on it, or get your and 1000 other posters who pay a whopping $10/month for input on management changes...get real!...most companies have limited interest in their shareholders, let alone input from users who are not so happy about a change in their back office DP operations.

I also get a kick out of the fact that NO ONE here has the facts, yet folks are demanding he come back...it is indeed a private matter.
