You're right, for companies trading less than 1 million/day or so, TA tends to be less reliable.

The reason I'm watching AMSC has relatively little to do with TA. It's mostly because the company is excellent, with products which will see increasing demand as the power problems begin to become addressed. It is ridiculously cheap, and I strongly suspect this is by design. I think some big customers are quietly accumulating shares.
