CSCO may well bounce short term, but the report was pretty bad. I am not at all confident that today's drop was an over reaction by the market. Wasn't willing to take the chance but will be happy for the longs if they are right. Still confident I will be able to buy it for less than 27 within 2 weeks. We are also going into a dead period as far as news goes. Given the current fundamentals of the economy I am of the opinion that the tech rally is over for awhile.
