that's a poor reason to buy a stock. Buying a stock because it has dropped is sure way to the poor house! I happen to agree with the Jman 100%. it doesn't matter if they say all is well, EMC is a perfect example of that, what matters is the perception of valuation. There are no rules on how the market values a stock, other then one that is made up daily, only to be changed the next day. Greg
