FAHRENHEIT ENTERTAINMENT INC: SUNNCOMM INC - Corrects and Replaces Previous Copy Protection Announcement

February 7, 2001
New York, New York, Feb 07, 2001 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- Fahrenheit Entertainment announced that it has decided to incorporate the SUN-X Sentinel Copy Protection into Country Music Hall of Fame star Charley Pride's next album, scheduled for release on March 20 through its management contract with Music City Records.
The album will be a 15-song tribute to country legend Jim Reeves. The copy protection, developed by SunnComm Inc. (OTC:SUNX) is designed to prevent the unauthorized digital duplication of the compact disc.

SunnComm president Peter H. Jacobs stated, "We are very proud to have the opportunity to protect the musical legacy of Charley Pride and Jim Reeves."

According to Music City Records President, Bob Heatherly, "Charley Pride's credits include several Grammy awards, Country Music Assn. Entertainer of the Year honors, American Music Awards, and his recent induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame. This new release, simply entitled 'Charley Pride's Tribute to Jim Reeves,' reflects Charley's respect and devotion to the basics of country music and should be a real treat for music fans and enthusiasts everywhere."

Peter Trimarco, president of Fahrenheit Entertainment said, "We believe our licensing agreement with SunnComm will afford us the opportunity to protect the rights and financial well being of our artists as well as play an integral part in the growth of our company."

SunnComm Inc. develops software applications designed to encrypt and copy-protect digital music, video and other intellectual digital properties as they are transmitted on the Internet, or recorded on compact discs or DVD.

Beginning with the company's introduction of its SUN-X Sentinel Mastering Suite for audio compact discs, SunnComm's continuing development of this technology offers the company proprietary opportunities within the entire digital intellectual property rights industry.
