Josh: If memory serves, the last debenture was for $30 MM, at an average stock price of 5 this is about 6 MM shares, I do not think that 12 MM shares have traded since then, thus there might still be some overhang (got to double the number on nasdaq and trully add another 50 to 100% because of normal trading).
