Isn't it that the high tech inventory buildup has something to do with people demanding for ... faster speed ? If the telcom companies keep upgrading their network system, some of the old & slow gears would eventually be replaced by the faster gears. And that's what I think why the old-gear inventories cause the problem in this downturn. IMO, demanding for faster speed is still there and money will go there, but the slow stuff really hurt the market. Q
