I love it here. I think that the Bay Area/Silicon Valley is the most beautiful place in this country. The weather is perfect. I doubt that there is a place in this country that I could enjoy gardening as I do here. However the grim reality is that I can sell my house now for a huge gain and wait three or four years then buy it back 30 % cheaper. The radical elements in this state that hate business and progress are in control. They think that they can have clean air but cheap energy. They think that they can have health care and free education for all and at the same time put the screws to the companies that fund it all. They want affordable housing but wont let anyone build and they impose rent controls so nobody will build apartments. There all for bringing in the masses but have developed no new energy plants or reservoirs to provide the water. Hippies in control. What a state !!!
