I'm just waiting for the "big" solution. How do you get people to consume less? Apparently they won't do it on their own accord... 3 or 4 dollar a gallon gas might work. Maybe a big power bill...Maybe the government puts that gas guzzler tax back on...maybe? Pretty easy through taxation... Jim
