Point well taken, however, you should take into account that stock options represent a significant part of total compensation to many employees at high tech firms. I'd rather wait a little longer for this one to blossom than risk having key people abandon ship at such a critcial time for JTS. I think the recent CFO departure illustrates this point (not that V. Walker was critical to the success of JTS). Weighing the cost/benefit of my vote (not that it makes a difference since this stock is so closely held by insiders) I'd vote a yes for the re-striking of options. I feel it's in the best interest of all shareholders with a long term outlook.

As for price targets, I wouldn't be suprised if this thing was at 50 cents or 10 bucks in six months. At these levels I believe the stock is a steal. Pick some up today and wait for someone to take notice once again in the coming months.
