HG, INSP is in a long term downtrend, and is now nearing a test of overhead at about 6, the site of both chart resistance and the declining 20 day ema. INSP is now showing technical buy signals from rather oversold levels. Nevertheless, this would be an ideal place to look to enter short IMHO.
